ABB IRB 2600ID-8/2.00 — Integrated Dressing Arc Welding Robot

Compact 6-axis industrial robot with 8 kg payload and 2.00 m reach, designed by ABB specifically for arc welding and other tight-access process applications. The Integrated Dressing (ID) configuration routes the welding cables, hoses and signal lines through the upper arm and wrist, eliminating loops and snagging risks.

The IRB 2600ID is ABB’s reference platform for MIG/MAG and TIG arc welding cells in the 8–15 kg payload class. Typical pairings include Fronius, Lincoln Electric, ESAB, Aotai or Kemppi power sources — we can quote a complete turn-key cell with torch, power source, safety enclosure and fume extraction on request.
