Robotic Welding Cells is the welding-systems division of Eurobots, Europe’s industrial-robotics export specialist since 1999. We design, refurbish and resell robotic welding cells — new, used and custom-built — for industrial buyers in Europe and beyond.

25+ years of robotics export experience

Eurobots was founded in Bilbao in 1999 under the original name Industrial Machinery Export Bilbao S.L. (the IRRSA legacy). For more than two decades we have specialised in international trade of industrial robots and complete robotic systems. The Robotic Welding Cells brand consolidates all of our welding-application know-how — cells, tooling, control cabinets, peripherals — into a single, focused commercial offering.

What this means for you in practice: when you contact us you speak with engineers who have personally inspected, tested and shipped hundreds of welding cells. We are not reselling from a digital catalog we do not control.

We work with every major industrial-robot brand and pick the platform that fits the project — not the one we happen to have in stock. Our current inventory and project base cover:

• FANUC — ARC Mate series, R-2000, R-30iB and R-30iA controllers
• ABB — IRB 1410, 1520, 1600, 2400, 4400 with IRC5 / S4C+ controllers
• KUKA — KR Cybertech, KR Quantec, KR Agilus with KRC2 and KRC4 controllers

• Comau, Universal Robots — collaborative welding cobots for low-volume / mixed-batch production

Spot welding, MIG/MAG, TIG, plasma and laser welding: every process is covered. We will tell you frankly which configuration suits your part, your cycle time and your budget.

New, refurbished and custom-built — the full range

Our offering covers three categories, accessible through a single point of contact:

• Refurbished cells — second-hand welding cells sourced from European industrial users, fully inspected, mechanically refurbished, electronically retrofitted where needed and load-tested before shipment. Typical lead time: 3 to 6 weeks.
• New cells — turnkey cells built around a brand-new robot, controller and welding power source, integrated with your tooling and part program. Typical lead time: 10 to 16 weeks.
• Custom solutions — when no standard cell fits, we engineer it. Twin-station cells, rotary positioners, welding cobots, gantry systems, dual-robot tandem MIG — nothing is off the table.

European HQ in Bilbao, global delivery

Our facilities are located in Bilbao, Basque Country, with road, rail and port logistics serving the rest of Europe and overseas markets. Default commercial terms are EXW Bilbao (Incoterms 2020). We regularly ship to the EU, the UK, North America, Latin America, North Africa and the Middle East. We can recommend trusted forwarders and prepare the full export pack — technical file (CE-marked cells), packing list and commercial invoice.

After-sales support for the long term

A welding cell is a multi-year capital investment. Our support continues after the truck leaves:

• On-site installation and commissioning, optional, by our technicians
• Operator and maintenance training, on-site or remote
• Spare-parts supply — robots, controllers, torches, wire feeders, tooling
• Remote diagnostic support during the warranty period

Every cell ships with a limited 6-month warranty covering the robot, the controller and the welding power source. Extended warranty plans are available on request.

Transparent B2B terms

We sell exclusively to professional buyers — manufacturers, system integrators, automation engineering firms and universities. We do not sell to private individuals. Standard payment terms are 30% at order confirmation, 70% before shipment; alternative schedules are negotiable for recurring customers and confirmed letters of credit.
