Welding processes & power sources

KUKA welding robots integrate with all mainstream equipment. We supply and configure cells for:

• MIG/MAG — the most common; paired with Fronius (TPS/TPS-i), Megmeet, Lincoln Electric, ESAB or SKS power sources.
• TIG — for thin materials, stainless and aluminium.
• Laser cutting/welding — e.g. Raycus fiber sources on long-reach KR 210 platforms.

Cells are completed with KUKA KP / KPF / DKP positioners (single, tilt/rotate, sky-hook), external track axes, torch cleaning, seam tracking and a CE-compliant safety enclosure — engineered around your parts and production volume.
