A turn-key 3 kW fiber laser cutting and welding cell built around a refurbished KUKA KR210 industrial robot and a brand-new Raycus RLF-C3000S laser source. Ready to ship from our Spanish warehouse and pre-installed before delivery.
One cell, two processes
The Raycus 3 kW fiber laser source feeds a NEW Raycus cutting head — cleared and tested for cutting — while the same source can drive a welding head when the application changes. Switching between laser cutting and laser welding means changing the optical head, not the whole cell. One investment, two production lines.
Why fiber laser, why 3 kW
- Speed — fiber laser cuts thin and medium steel/stainless 3-5× faster than plasma or oxy on the same thickness range.
- Edge quality — near-zero kerf, narrow heat-affected zone, minimal post-processing required.
- Sweet spot — 3 kW handles 0.5-10 mm carbon steel, 0.5-6 mm stainless, 0.5-4 mm aluminium with proper assist gas.
- Welding mode — deep, narrow, low-distortion welds on thin-walled enclosures, tubular frames, automotive sub-assemblies.
