Motoman arc-welding robot models & controllers

Which Motoman controller should you look for?
NX100 / DX100
2004–2014 era and still very common used. Robust and affordable; DX100 in particular offers a great value-to-capability balance for a first or replacement cell.
DX200 — recommended
2013 onward. Improved motion, safety and welding functions with strong spare-part availability — the best all-round choice on the used market.
YRC1000
2015+ latest generation (and compact YRC1000micro). Higher performance and smaller footprint, but less common and more expensive used.
Welding processes & power sources
Motoman welding robots integrate with all mainstream equipment. We supply and configure cells for:
- MIG/MAG — the most common; paired with Fronius (TPS/TPS4000), SKS, Lincoln Electric, Miller or ESAB power sources.
- TIG — for thin materials, stainless and aluminium.
- Multi-station and double-ended layouts for high throughput.
Cells are completed with servo positioners (single-axis, twin, H-frame, tilt/rotate, sky-hook), external track axes, torch cleaning, seam tracking and a CE-compliant safety enclosure — engineered around your parts and production volume.
