About this cell
This is a complete arc-welding cell built around a Yaskawa Motoman HP20D 6-axis robot with the DX100 controller. The robot delivers a 20 kg payload, 1,717 mm of horizontal reach and ±0.06 mm repeatability — a workhorse extremely common across automotive and heavy-fabrication production lines.
The cell is paired with the Motoman MT1-3000 S2D two-axis tilting positioner, capable of supporting up to 3,000 kg of workpiece weight. The combination is suited to medium-to-large parts that need full access on multiple sides during the weld cycle.
Welding is delivered through a Fronius TPS 4000 synergic MIG/MAG inverter — a power source widely used for steel and stainless work. A torch cleaning station is included.
The cell is currently in stock at our Bilbao (Spain) warehouse. Worldwide delivery in 2-6 weeks; on-site commissioning available via partner network.
