Base build = robot + integrated welder + 1 positioner. Everything else is your choice.
The minimum is a 6-axis industrial robot, a welding power source and one positioner — fully integrated and ready to weld. Fence, light curtains, linear track, fume extraction, HMI — all optional, added only if you want them. Tell us the robot brand, the welding process, the positioner type and the part — we engineer, integrate, test and ship.
We build and test the cell. You install it.
We engineer, integrate, program and factory-test the complete cell in our workshop. You receive a documented, ready-to-deploy package — drawings, electrical schematics, manuals, FAT report. Final installation and commissioning on your shop floor is done by your team or your trusted integrator. We support remotely (video calls, technical Q and A) during installation. Cleaner scope, faster delivery, lower cost.
Why this configuration
One positioner. One operator. Continuous welding.
Add a single positioner to a robot cell and the part rotates while the torch keeps welding. Your operator loads, indexes, unloads — weld coverage and cycle time both improve. It is the natural step up from a fixed-jig cell, and the most common single-station configuration in production welding.
That is what we build here: the right balance between simplicity and throughput. One robot, one welder, one positioner — sized to your part, expandable later if you want a twin layout or a linear track.

- 03 — 1 positioner — single-axis or servo turntableOne welding positioner integrated on the robot side: single-axis rotary table OR servo-driven turntable. Payload, table diameter and clamping interface sized on your part. Synchronized with the robot path.

Best for
When this build makes sense
Single-station production
One operator loads, indexes, unloads while the robot welds. The most common single-cell layout in series production.
Rotational symmetry
Tanks, vessels, flanges, pulleys, tubular joints — anything that benefits from continuous part rotation under a stationary or near-stationary torch.
Mid-size parts
Components that fit on a single positioner table or between headstock-tailstock centers. Sized on your spec.
Mixed product runs
Different parts on the same cell, with quick-change fixtures on the positioner. Programs swapped from the HMI.
Step up from manual welding
Replace one welder station: the operator becomes the loader/inspector, the robot does the seam.
Long parts on a track
Add the optional 7th-axis linear track and the robot can weld parts that exceed its reach — frames, beams, long structural assemblies.
