Yes — we build this for you. The minimum is a 6-axis industrial robot and a welding power source, fully integrated and ready to weld. Fence, doors, light curtains, tables, fume extraction, HMI — all optional, added only if you want them.

How we deliver

We engineer, integrate, and factory-test the complete cell in our workshop. You receive a documented, ready-to-deploy package — drawings, electrical schematics, manuals, FAT report, CE compliance file. Final installation and commissioning on your shop floor is done by your team or your trusted integrator. We support remotely (video calls, technical Q&A) during installation. Cleaner scope, faster delivery, lower cost.

Base build — 2 essentials

• 6-axis industrial robot + controller — anthropomorphic arm with its native controller cabinet. Brand of your choice (ABB, KUKA, Fanuc, Yaskawa Motoman, Kawasaki, Comau).
• Welding power source — integrated — MIG/MAG, MAG-pulse or TIG, with synergic communication to the robot. Wire feeder, gas connection and torch sized to your process. Pre-wired and tested with the robot.
