Common questions
How do you decide whether to accept my price?
We benchmark against current resale prices for the same brand, model, year, and condition — including the value of source, controller, positioner, and accessories. If your price matches or beats our reseller margin, it’s a yes. If not, we send a counter-offer with the breakdown so you can see why. No black box.
Do I need to dismantle the cell myself?
Yes. We collect units that are ready to load — dismantled, free-standing, and on pallets or skids so they can be loaded directly with a forklift or crane. Most sellers handle this with their own maintenance team or a local rigger. If you need help finding a dismantler in your area, ask us in the form notes — we can suggest contacts.
Who handles transport and customs?
We do, end-to-end. Once we agree on price, our truck arrives at your site on the agreed date. You hand over the unit ready to load. We take care of packing for transport, loading, road or sea freight, and customs clearance for non-EU shipments. You receive a pickup-confirmation document and we issue payment from there.
What if my robot is older than 20 years?
Age alone isn’t a deal-breaker. We buy older units when the controller still runs current parts (e.g. KUKA KRC2/KRC4, ABB IRC5 of any age, Fanuc R-30iA/iB) or when the welding source has resale demand. Send the details — we’ll look honestly.
Do you only buy complete cells?
No. We buy individual robots, welding sources, positioners (single, twin, headstock-tailstock), turnkey cells, even partial set-ups. Tell us what you’ve got and your price — we’ll figure out which components have value.
How long does the whole process take?
From offer submission to payment: typically 2–4 weeks. 48h for our response, 1–2 weeks to schedule pickup (depends on your country and our truck calendar), 7 days from pickup to bank transfer. Faster on rush cases — just tell us in the notes.
