Example Robot with 2 turning positioners
This welding robotic system is composed by the central robot ( we can also prepare with more than one robot) and 2 side lathe type turning tables.
This system would help you increase your productivity as while the robot is welding in one side, on the otjer side the operator can unload the finish part and load the new part.
With our large stock of robot and positioners, we are able to do this system for you with Fanuc, KUKA or Motoman robots.
Load capacity from 250 kg to 2.000 kg
Distance head to tail from 1.600 mm up to 5 mt ( if you use the double robot configuration)
